Meet the Founders

Sam Oladipupo
Founder & Managing Partner
Sam is an entrepreneur, investor, and former technology executive with 15+ years of experience leading operations and strategy across global enterprises. Based in North Dallas, he brings a deep background in M&A strategy, compliance, and business integration, having worked on cross-border acquisitions and multi-million-dollar growth initiatives across regulated industries.
Sam is also a longtime child care advocate, with over a decade of experience serving as a volunteer child care instructor in his local church. This blend of operational rigor and people-first leadership fuels his passion for acquiring and growing quality early learning businesses. At SamFend, Sam leads strategy, deal sourcing, financial modeling, and long-term growth planning.

Founande Oladipupo
Co-Founder & Head of People and Culture
Founande brings over 10 years of experience in corporate Human Resources, where she specialized in workforce planning, organizational development, and culture transformation. She has supported teams across industries by building scalable systems for hiring, retention, and team development. Equally important, Founande has spent over a decade volunteering in children’s ministry and child care programming at her local church. Her heart for children and families shapes her mission to ensure continuity, safety, and care excellence in every center SamFend acquires. She leads the firm’s people strategy, staff engagement, and post-acquisition integration planning.
